The creative talent gap nobody was talking about

The creative industry has a discovery problem. Gifted designers, strategists, and cultural creatives were consistently overlooked by the world's most culturally significant organisations — not because they lacked talent, but because the infrastructure to connect them simply didn't exist at the level it deserved.

SocialFIXT arrived with a sharp mandate: democratise access to dream careers at brands like Duolingo, Warner Music Group, Roc Nation, Sony Music and Red Bull. The challenge wasn't the vision — it was building a digital experience worthy of both the brands it represented and the talent it served.

Typography anchors the identity — commanding display type creates hierarchy and authority on every page, while generous white space and a refined colour palette communicate the premium positioning the platform demands.
